Whether it’s an adventure weekend with a few friends, a romantic couples’ getaway, or a working vacation, Swan Rapids condo is the perfect spot! Enjoy spectacular views of the tumbling Swan River out the back door and nearby access to picturesque forest trails from this comfortable and homey condo that is literally steps from all that downtown Bigfork has to offer. This 1800 sq. ft, well-furnished condo has an open floor plan with a king-sized loft bedroom and office space upstairs and a king-sized bedroom with a hall bathroom on the lower floor. Swan Rapids is on the second and top floor of the condo building and has both stairway and elevator access. This long-time rental has a new owner and a new look! One former guest remarked, “Condo looks great! What a difference a paint job and new furniture and accessories will make, it feels like a different place!"

The condo is ideal for walking and exploring Bigfork, running or snowshoeing on the nearby Swan River Nature trail, enjoying the roaring river in spring and summer, working remotely for an extended period away from the big city, watching the Wild Mile Kayak Race or experiencing the many festivals and concerts within minutes of your front door. There is also a summer playhouse, live concerts, fine restaurants, and art and gift galleries on your doorstep. You are one block from beautiful and expansive Flathead Lake with its boating, kayaking, and lake activities. Eagle Bend Golf Course is close by as well as local fly fishing, and stunning Glacier National Park is an easy 40-minute drive. Other nearby activities can be experienced in the Bob Marshall Wilderness and Jewel Basin Wilderness areas. Summer – boating, tubing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, fly-fishing, visiting Glacier NP, golfing, chilling on the riverfront balcony. Winter – snowshoeing, hiking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing at 2 local mountains, hiking to frozen lakes at Glacier NP.

    Bigfork and area is our go-to vacation spot. This property has it all! Upscale decor, quality dish ware, comfortable beds, and a full cable pkg (a big hit with hubby!). Also central heat and air that maintain your comfort.
    A quick walk to shops and restaurants.

    The river can be a bit loud, but the view is beautiful! I should mention we love the large vaulted living room windows, great natural light.

    Shannon has been great to work with. Had a couple of small ‘hiccups’, nothing major. She responded quickly and professionally, which is not to be taken for granted in the property rental business!

    We look forward to our next stay!
